There are two ways of posting a job. They are conditional post and non-conditional post

Conditional Post

For Conditional Posts, an Enterprise, Employer, or Institution can post a job directly on our website to attach employees from Canada, for jobs Locally and Globally for a free 30 days with the condition that if you are not able to fill the position within 30 days, then you must pass that position to Excel Employment to fill for a fee.

Non-Conditional Post

With Non-Conditional posts, you have the option to post a job directly on our site for Excel Employment to fill rather than traditionally calling your job position in. However, you still have the option to call jobs in with the option to indicate if you would like your position to be posted on our global attracted site.

* All jobs posted will go through a validation process to protect all parties from legitimate postings.
